Calling all Nature Yogis ages 1.5-5 years! Class will take place in Oakledge Park in Burlington and will be shifted to our 696 Pine Street studio for inclement weather or if it is below 40 degrees. We will send you an email the morning of class if we are changing to indoors.
We'll greet the sun outdoors in this class full of movement, creativity and song, and use our surroundings as the catalyst for our nature theme. Be ready to crawl like bugs, fly like birds, and blow like wind as your child explores yoga poses and mindful breathing!
