Learn new movements and songs to sooth and connect with your baby. Research suggests that infant massage has various health benefits including digestive comfort, better sleep, positively affecting infant hormones that control stress, and reducing crying.
The movements and exercises in this class take place over the baby's clothes, and without oil.
