Calling all Nature Yogis ages 1.5-5 years! Class will take place in Oakledge Park in Burlington and will be shifted to our 696 Pine Street studio for inclement weather. Please park at the top lot of Oakledge (you will need to pay for parking.) Walk down the path just to the left of the covered pavilion, and you will see the class down the hill under a tree.)
We'll greet the sun outdoors in this class full of movement, creativity and song, and use our surroundings as the catalyst for our nature theme. Be ready to crawl like bugs, fly like birds, and blow like wind as your child explores yoga poses and mindful breathing!
