A consistent prenatal yoga practice of stretching, strengthening and breathing helps parents-to-be get in touch with a deeper sense of relaxation and connection to the baby, while increasing stamina and flexibility. In addition to giving you tools to better manage stress, our prenatal yoga classes can alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, swelling, sciatica, and back and hip pain.  

Our online classes are a great way to connect with other pregnant people and build community while practicing at home. Join us! Beginners are welcome. Join at any point in your pregnancy.
