In this cardio strength & conditioning class you can expect a safe combination of low-impact isometric strengthening exercises and full body movements to get your heart rate up. You'll be led through a warm up followed by core connection and activation, and full body functional fitness. Class will end with a cool-down and rest to center your body and mind.

Babies and kiddos are welcome to attend class. We even have volunteers to help hold babies and play with your big kids!
