GROW STRONG is our signature yoga-based training program with pelvic health PT/yoga teacher Kaleigh Mulpeter, to build back functional strength after baby's arrival (no matter how long ago that was!) 

This program focuses on creating abdominal health and strength through exercise, proper breathing, and pelvic floor awareness and education in the format of a flowing, strength-building yoga class.

  • diastasis-safe core exercises and education to improve abdominal separation.
  • proper breathing for a healthy core and to balance intra-abdominal pressure.
  • a focus on transverse abdominal engagement to build deeper, more stable core strength.
  • flowing and strength-focused yoga sequence to get your heart rate up!
  • full body stretching with added focus on hips and shoulders.
Please note, the covered deck only holds 20 mats - all others will be on the grass.

Location: Burlington Surf Club pavilion, 32 Lakeside Ave. Drive to the end of Lakeside Ave, where you will see a sign for the Hula building on the right. Turn into the parking lot and weave  your way all the way through the long parking lot until you get to the Burlington Surf Club at the end of the parking lot. 

Important details:
  • Please pre-register for class
  • Please bring all props with you. We will not provide props.
  • Bring a towel to put under your yoga mat if you are on the grass in case the grass is wet.
For inclement weather, we will move the class to our 696 Pine Street studio. You will receive an email within 2 hours of the start time of the class if we are changing location.
