GROW's Birth Prep Prenatal Yoga class will train you for your birth marathon and empower you with all you need to feel ready to embrace your birth experience. Let's do this!

 Each bi-weekly one hour yoga class will include:
  • yoga poses, stretches and exercises to decrease pregnancy discomfort and prepare your body for labor.
  • education and exercises for pelvic floor and abdominal health so that you are stronger postpartum.
  • breathing techniques and positions to use in labor.
  • visualization and imagery to build confidence and release fear.
This program is FREE for GROW members, and recordings are available in the content library. Non-members may drop in as space allows.
