GROW STRONG is our signature yoga-based training program to build back functional strength after baby's arrival (no matter how long ago that was!) 

This program focuses on creating abdominal health and strength through exercise, proper breathing, and pelvic floor awareness and education in the format of a flowing, strength-building yoga class.

Under the guidance of GROW's owner Susan Cline Lucey, each bi-weekly one hour yoga class will include:
  • diastasis-safe core exercises and education to improve abdominal separation.
  • proper breathing for a healthy core and to balance intra-abdominal pressure.
  • a focus on transverse abdominal engagement to build deeper, more stable core strength.
  • flowing and strength-focused yoga sequence to get your heart rate up!
  • full body stretching with added focus on hips and shoulders.
Join us every other week live on Zoom, or catch up with the recorded class if the class time doesn't work for your schedule. On our off weeks you'll be emailed a FREE recorded class to continue your education and training so that you can be practicing weekly for just the cost of two classes!
