Calling all GROW Yogis ages 1.5-4!  Our GROW Yoga Kids class builds a yoga vocabulary of poses and calming breaths in a fun, creative way – all the while stimulating imaginations, maintaining natural flexibility and building strength and stamina. We use lots of props, sing lots of songs, and have lots of fun!

This class takes place in our Burlington studio at 696 Pine Street. Parking and entrance are in the back of the building.
