TumbleSprouts blends the excitement of tumbling and big body play with best of our favorite kids yoga classes. Tumblers will roll, jump, balance, and hang using tumbling mats and equipment, building strength, coordination, and confidence. Through playful progressions—like animal walks, obstacle courses, and rolling skills—kids explore movement in ways that feel like an adventure, while also learning the foundations of body awareness, regulation, and mindfulness.
Each week includes time for:
- Tumbling skills (rolling, balancing, jumping, hanging)
- Big body movement for strength and coordination
- Gymnastic Circuits - that foster playful direction following, sensory input and skill development
- Quiet moments for calming, stretching, and self-regulation
Designed for ages 2.5- 5, this class is perfect for families looking for a fun alternative to traditional dance or gymnastics, while still honoring the playful, mindful approach of children’s yoga.
This class takes place in our Burlington studio at 696 Pine Street. Parking and entrance are in the back of the building.
