Calling all GROW Yogis ages 2 1/2 to 5! Our GROW Preschool Yoga Class builds a yoga vocabulary of poses and breath work in a fun, creative way – all the while stimulating imaginations, maintaining natural flexibility and building strength and stamina.
This upbeat series will take place in our Burlington studio, 696 Pine Street. Parking and entrance are at the back of the building.
