Rachael has served families as a Postpartum Doula for the last decade. The majority of her experience and expertise is around overnight support, helping families to get the sleep they need while helping their little ones build a solid foundation for future sleep success.
In addition to her training as a Doula she is also a Certified Lactation Counselor through the Healthy Children's Project, and is currently completing her certification as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant through the Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. She has also attended Postpartum Support International's Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder conference. She has a particular love of helping families with multiples, and has extensive experience with twins.
Rachael lives in Essex with her husband, two sons, their housemate, and a menagerie of house cats. They can often be found hiking, playing tabletop roleplaying games, and participating in the local branch of a historical reenactment society.
