Postnatal Flow/Yoga for Parents is suitable for anyone with a baby/toddler and focuses on soreness and lack of strength due to pregnancy or caring for children. We welcome postpartum people, adoptive parents/surrogates, and parents with multiple children. We begin the class with a short community check-in and then move into a moderately-paced yoga class that relieves shoulder and back pain, strengthens deep abdominal and pelvic muscles, and builds stamina and flexibility.
