Yoga for Birth Prep is a specialized class aimed at helping birthing people develop awareness of how movement can support a smoother birth.
Through intention poses and movement, the class focuses on creating space in the pelvis & torso and promoting optimal fetal positioning.
By practicing these techniques throughout pregnancy, you can train your body to move more intuitively & effectively during labor, resulting in a more empowering birth experience.
