Prenatal Yoga (BURLINGTON)

A consistent prenatal yoga practice of stretching, strengthening and breathing helps parents-to-be get in touch with a deeper sense of relaxation and connection to the baby, while increasing stamina and flexibility. In addition to giving you tools to better manage stress, our prenatal yoga classes can alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as nausea, constipation, swelling, sciatica, and back and hip pain.  

This class takes place in our Burlington studio, 696 Pine Street. Parking and entrance are at the back of the building. Please preregister before arriving for class.


If you’re unable to attend class, please remove yourself from the roster at least 2 hours before class begins. Our goal is to make classes accessible to everyone in our community, and timely cancellations help open spots for those on the waitlist. Participants who don’t cancel within the 2-hour window will be marked as attended. Thank you for understanding.
