In this cardio strength & conditioning class you can expect a safe combination of low-impact isometric strengthening exercises and full body movements. You'll be led through a warm up followed by core connection and activation. Class will end with a cool-down and rest to center your body and mind. Babies and Kiddos are welcome in class.
This class takes place at our Richmond, Vermont location in the Richmond Wellness building, 53 Railroad Street. Please do not park in the market parking lot. Parking is available past the market in the overflow lot for the hardware store (facing the railroad tracks), in municipal lots, and on some local streets. Our Richmond studio is on the second floor, please contact us if you need accommodations to attend.
