GROW STRONG Prenatal will train you for your birth marathon and empower you with all you need to feel ready to embrace your birth experience. Let's do this!

Under the guidance of pelvic health PT Kaleigh Mulpeter, each yoga class will include:
  • yoga poses, stretches and exercises to decrease pregnancy discomfort and prepare your body for labor.
  • education and exercises for pelvic floor and abdominal health so that you are stronger postpartum.
  • breathing techniques and positions to use in labor.
  • visualization and imagery to build confidence and release fear.
Please note, the covered deck only holds 20 mats - all others will be on the grass.

Location: Burlington Surf Club pavilion, 32 Lakeside Ave. Drive to the end of Lakeside Ave, where you will see a sign for the Hula building on the right. Turn into the parking lot and weave  your way all the way through the long parking lot until you get to the Burlington Surf Club at the end of the parking lot. 

Important details:
  • Please pre-register for class
  • Please bring all props with you. We will not provide props.
  • Bring a towel to put under your yoga mat if you are on the grass in case the grass is wet.
For inclement weather, we will move the class to our 696 Pine Street studio. You will receive an email within 2 hours of the start time of the class if we are changing location.
