Baby Massage & Song (6wks- 6 mo) RICHMOND
Learn new movements and songs to sooth and connect with your baby. Research suggests that infant massage has various health benefits including digestive comfort, better sleep, positively affecting infant hormones that control stress, and reducing crying. The movements and exercises in this class are over the baby's clothes and without oil.
This class takes place at our Richmond, Vermont location in the Richmond Wellness building, 53 Railroad Street. Please do not park in the market parking lot. Parking is available past the market in the overflow lot for the hardware store (facing the railroad tracks), in local municipal lots, and local street parking.
