GROW Kids Creative Yoga, Ages 1-5
Calling all GROW Yogis ages 1-5! Our GROW Yoga Kids class builds a yoga vocabulary of poses and breath work in a fun, creative way – all the while stimulating imaginations, maintaining natural flexibility and building strength and stamina. We use lots of props, sing lots of songs, and have lots of fun!
This upbeat series will take place in our 696 Pine Street Studio. Masks are optional.
