YoGirls is a fun, upbeat class full of movement, games and mindfulness activities designed to help girls ages 5-9 develop their self-confidence, emotional stability and positive body image.
Class will be in the studio at 696 Pine Street. Masks and vaccines are mandatory. Our studio has great ventilation with high ceilings, ceiling fans, and large windows.
