Calling all GROW Yogis ages 1-5! Our GROW Kids Creative yoga class builds a yoga vocabulary of poses and breath work in a fun, creative way – all the while stimulating imaginations, maintaining natural flexibility and building strength and stamina.
This upbeat series will take place in our 696 Pine Street Studio. Masks are required for all ages 2+ and vaccination is required for all ages 5+. Class is capped at 11 children, and we will aim to have children distanced as best as we can. Our studio has great air flow with 20ft ceilings, ceiling fans and air purifiers.
