Families with babies & toddlers: join us for an opportunity to build your village, bring kids together and find support among other families in a beautiful outdoor environment.
We will meet at the entrance to Red Rocks park in South Burlington and hike together at an adult led pace (please bring carriers or strollers for kiddos, our path is stroller friendly) and then gather at our special base camp for our morning programming.
We will circle up to sing songs and take some deep breaths together in nature to help kids and grownups alike find calm. After our circle time we will have a chance to explore the woods and natural surroundings, with a different nature-based activity each week led by our instructor. We will close with a song and then we will hike back together.
If the weather is calling for rain we will send an email that morning and hold class inside our studio at 696 Pine Street, Burlington. In case of rain location change, class will begin 15 minutes later to account for not having to hike to our meeting spot.
