GROW Outdoor Adventures (2-5 yrs) RICHMOND SERIES OF CLASSES

Join us for a kids hiking and outdoor adventure opportunity to build your village, bring kids together and find support among other families in an outdoor environment. 

Morning agenda: 

We will meet at the bandshell at Richmond's Volunteers Green on Bridge Street. Our programming will start with a few circle songs before we head out on a hiking adventure and nature games along the path and green.  We will wrap up in a circle to talk about what we saw on our hike, to sing songs, and to learn breathing and mindfulness techniques to help kids and grownups alike find calm. 

We will be in touch via email with more details about suggested clothing and gear before the first class. If the weather is calling for rain we will send an email that morning and hold class inside our studio at 52 Railroad Street where we will have an indoor adventure class of songs, yoga, and play.
