Do you have a child who identifies as a girl and is looking for a safe and fun way to be in community with their peers? Join Becky at our Pine Street Studio for YoGirls!
YoGirls is a fun, upbeat class full of movement, games and mindfulness activities designed to help girls ages 5-9 develop their self-confidence, emotional stability and positive body image.
Class will be in the studio at 696 Pine Street. Masks are required for all ages 2+ and vaccination is required for all ages 12+. Our studio has great ventilation with high ceilings, ceiling fans, and large windows.
