Labor and Birth Class Refresher (Online)
Second + time around? This online class is designed for people who have given birth before, either vaginally or by cesarean birth, and are welcoming another baby. We will spend time reconnecting with the basic process of labor and birth, how it can differ for experienced parents, talking through expectations that may be present from a previous birth and directing energy to this new baby. We will also practice labor positions, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
Please register early and plan on attending in the third trimester.
This class is offered on zoom.
If you have a 65 or 75 cm exercise ball, please have it available for class.
