Birth education and fitness are often covered by insurance such as the BCBSVT Better Beginnings Program. Check with yours to find out if they have perinatal benefits.

Sessions take place in our Maitri location, 185 Tilley Drive South Burlington. Please arrive a few minutes early and come directly to the GROW office in the lobby to check in. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a $25 fee.
