Sleep Support Free Baby Playgroup, BURLINGTON
location: either BURLINGTON STUDIO, 696 Pine St. or SURF CLUB. Please check the location of the Sunday 10:30 am class, and the sleep group will be immediately following the class at the same location.
Sleep struggles in the first year are a common experience for families that often go unsupported. Join us for a weekly free sleep support gathering and playgroup led by postpartum doula and trained pediatric sleep consultant Rachael Gelineau. Families in the community are welcome to attend with their babies for an hour of community support around sleep and other challenges the first year brings. Meetings will start with a short lesson on an aspect of infant sleep, before turning over to group conversation and time for questions.
