Our GROW Yoga Kids Club is an upbeat yoga class full of movement, games and mindfulness activities designed to help kids ages 5-8 develop their self confidence, emotional stability, and positive body image. watch your child flourish as they connect with their inner selves and cultivate a lifelong love for yoga.
This class takes place at our Richmond, Vermont location in the Richmond Wellness building, 53 Railroad Street. Please do not park in the market parking lot. Parking is available past the market in the overflow lot for the hardware store (facing the railroad tracks), in municipal lots, and on some local streets.
