GROW Outdoor Adventures (1.5-5 yrs) RED ROCKS PARK

Families with children ages 1.5-5: Join us to build your village, bring kids together and find support among other families in a fun, relaxed environment. 

We will meet at the entrance to Red Rocks park in South Burlington and hike together at an adult led pace (please bring carriers or strollers for kiddos, our path is stroller friendly) and then gather at our special base camp for our morning programming. 

We will circle up to sing songs and learn breathing and mindfulness techniques to help kids and grownups alike find calm.  After our circle time we will have a chance for the kiddos to explore the woods and natural surroundings, with a different nature-based activity each week led by our instructor. We will close with a song and then we will hike back together.  

If the weather is calling for rain we will send an email that morning and hold class inside our studio at 696 Pine Street, Burlington.
